For over 50 years, our homemade cheesecake recipe has been a holiday tradition, passed down from my father, a professional chef with decades of experience. Every year, my wife and I roll up our sleeves, using the same tried-and-true ingredients and techniques to make each cake from scratch. It’s not just about the cheesecake; it’s about honoring family, sharing memories, and creating something truly special to bring joy to others during the holidays.
